Isa ako sa mga taong stressed ngayon. Sobra. Ngayon, natapos lang namin yung project namin for clabart, thankfully. Medyo proud din naman ako sa efforts namin ni Charlou. I just hope it helps to raise our grades in said subject. May mga test kami next week for Chem at JP. Putang inang JP yan, naging mas mahirap na para sa aming lahat. Okay, so I was flipping through the TV last night so I would be able to ignore that Chemistry textbook that was sitting so stubbornly on my parents' bed when I chanced on flipping to NHK and came across a concert. Let's just say it looked like J-Pop Boyband heaven.

Sucks when you don't understand a thing they were saying. I don't know their names but I identified some familiar voices but I'm not too sure. Almost all of them sound alike, ganshamit! (the word is charleen's don't want to get into trouble for stealing...)

The Mechanic

Just a bit of info for everyone. Valentine's Day was not made by Hallmark or any card company. It is not a holiday made to wring out the money from people, well at least before it wasn't.

It's roots could be traced back to the time of the Ancient Romans who celebrated a fertility festival for Juno, the goddess of women and marriage, called the Lupercalia. On the eve of the festival, February 14, girls write their names on a piece of paper and place them inside an urn. On the next day, men line up to pick a name from the urn and pursue the woman who's name is in the slip of paper. In the end, the couple are supposed to spend the festival together. ^_^

Later, when the church decided that it didn't want to celebrate a Pagan festival, they made February 14 into a day that celebrated the feast of St. Valentine. St. Valentine was the patron saint of lovers who, when he was alive, married soldiers before going to war in secret for the present emperor thought that married men wouldn't serve on the battlefield since they had other worries so forbade his soldiers to marry.

However, the holiday of St. Valentine's was removed from the church calendar, but the celebration still stuck, which is why we have Valentine's Day.

Bilog na bilog ang buwan ngayon.

May sakit ako. Well, sipon at ubo. Para akong nakalunok ng sandpaper. Napakatuyo ng lalamunan ko.

RO nanaman bukas. I admit I'm not happy about it. Most of the time I wonder why I even took it up. I mulled the words of my Father over and over again in my head. Am I regretting my choice now, perhaps? Probably... but I still didn't want to do any paperwork.

I'm coughing. Damn.

I'm in a somber mood tonight. Probably because I just read Bom's latest blog entry. I don't really know what I'm supposed to feel when I read through it. I know I should be worried or I shouldn't be. I don't know. I don't understand it myself.

There are many things I don't understand and I don't know and most of the time I believe it's about who I am and how I think. There are a lot of things that I struggle with, day in, day out and I'm sure other people feel the same way. But I wonder, is everyone really sure who they are most of the time?

Why do people like to hide behind masks to make themselves more presentable to others? Why do they care what others think? Why does acceptance mean so much?

Because people can't live alone, no matter how independent they may seem. No one really likes to be lonely even if a lot of people seem to have sunk deeply into it and embrace it wholly. They may live a life of misery but they can't really like it can they? Happy with misery...it's a strange contradiction that I would never understand if it were possible.

There are many things that prevent me from doing a lot of things, how other people think are a big part of it. Another big part is that I'm scared of standing alone. It's a scary concept.

You against the world.

As romantic as it seems, I don't know if people really live like that. Themselves against the rest of the world.

How can one person stand alone against so much is beyond me. I haven't the courage nor the cunning to understand such a concept. Miserable, miserable, miserable me....

Even in a room full of people, I'm alone...

Some people say that real courage shows when you recognize the things you fear. But bearing my soul like this for all of you to see, I think I'm just highlighting what a big coward I really am.

Nagkagulo kahapon sa zerox machine dun sa 2nd floor ng Miguel Bldg. sa La Salle. So kahapon, nagpaxerox kasi ako ng psych book ni charleen. Ang nangyari, binigay ni Manang yung libro sa iba naming kaklase na hindi niya alam na hindi naman kanya yun. So ano nangyari? Akala namin nawala, nagalit si Charleen, bumili siya ng bagong libro, nahanap ko yung libro niya, at magbabayad ako ng P800 para sa librong bago ni Charleen.

SHIT.

Tapos wala pa ko halos alam sa Chem at Psych.

Wahahahaha....nanunuod ba kayo ng StarStruck before natapos siya kagabi? Kawawa naman yung mga Rainier fans, nanalo si Mark!! Yessed! Hindi naman ako nanunuod talaga ng StarStruck pero wala lang, nakita ko lang talaga na siya na ang mananalo. Bakit? Okay, kahit na charming at pangmasa ang appeal ni Rainier (na feeling ko ay sumikat nang pagkalakilaki e dahil din kamukha niya ng kaunti si Ken Zhu, yep mukha siyang F4) more than that ang hinahanap ng mga judges. Magaling sumayaw si Mark tapos mukhang masnakakasunod sa mga iba pang mga ek-ek ng mga artista.

Tapos lahat na pala ng mga kasali sa StarStruck may cotract na rin sa GMA. Tapos magkakaroon pa sila ng sarili nilang show. Sabi ko na nga ba. Sobrang hit ang StarStruck e. So, napanood ko na yung Sky of Love ni Ken Zhu kahapon. Medyo disappointing nung story kasi nalaman kong ginaya lang siya sa isa pang Korean movie, pero okay naman. If you disregard that detail siguro okay pa. Medyo boring nga lang. Not enough Ken Zhu din!! Tapos basta waaaah!! Lungkot... pero ang cute talaga ni Ken! Kakatuwa siyang umarte!! Wala lang...

Siyempre, ako naman di pa ko masyado nakapag-aral. May dalawa kaming quiz sa Thursday at wala pa akong alam! Yes! Wahahahahaha...
