Kaasar nga lang at hindi namin nakita si Bom na magsayaw. Nakita daw siya ni Marianne. Buti pa siya. Pero nakita ko si Val, Madonna, Erryl, at si Krystle!!!! Ang saya! Enjoy naman ako sa dance show. Inggit nga ako. Gusto ko rin nun! Hehehehehehe! Parang hindi stressed enough as it is ano? Natawag pa 'kong walang hiya ni Erryl nung nakita ko siya pauwi kasi pinalakpakan ko siya tapos nalaman niyang napanood ko. Labs pa rin kita Cherryball! Galing mo sumayaw!! ^_^

Well, ayun. Magkakaroon kami ng radio drama sa Filipi1 tungkol sa buhay ni Gregoria de Jesus. Asteeeg! Kaso dami nanamang gagawin niyan. Asar pa hindi ko maintindihan kung ano yung pinagsasasabi dun sa binabasa naming handout tungkol sa kanya di ba? Argh...good luck sa aming lahat.

Eto pa nakakaasar. Pagkatapos ng halos dalawang linggong magpakagaga sa paghahanap ng mga gamit para sa RO, hindi pa pala namin masusuot yung fatigue namin bukas kasi daw madaming nagreklamo na hindi sila makabili ng fatigue. Diyos ko...asar talaga!!!!!!

Yosh! Tapos na ang Judo thing namin for LEAP. Sakit ng pwet at likod ko nung pagkatapos. Alam niyo natuto lang namin? Mga falling style tsaka yung basic flip kapag frontal attack...or something like that. Di ko alam tawag e. Tapos din, sobrang bumaba ang dignidad namin nina Denise, Charleen, at Elise dun. Sobra...Nakakahiya talaga. Di kami marunong gumulong at magcart wheel. Sorry. Tapos yung bagong crush ni Charleen na si Denen (yun nga ata yung pangalan...) na kasama sa Judo Team lagi akong pinagtatawanan nun kapag ako na yung tutulungan niyang maggymnastic rolling ek, ek ng mga nagjujudo. Asar...Kakatuwa nga lang kasi sobra, naalala namin si Susaboro from Gohatto dun kay Denen. Hahahahaha!!! YAOI!! Hehehehehehe!!!! Ang hilig kasi makipaggulong-gulong e. I hate ChemLab. I can't find the formulas of n-amyl and n-octyl alcohol. Argh...ayoko nang kumopya at gusto ko nang matapos ang report koooooooo~! It's been how long since I last updated? Erm...four days? It hasn't been that long but a lot has happened. Yesterday was the second ofay of ROTC. Gwaaaaah....so hot!! We stood under the heat of the sun for about three hours if I wasn't mistaken. I guess I have to get used to it soon. Denise, Charleen, and Kat and I are gearing to join the Model Batallion. We'll be seeing worse days to come, but I do count on having fun either way. My shoulders felt like they were cracked with whips afterwards and when I slept for a while, I didn't want to wake up later.

I bought sunblock a while ago. I hope that would ease the heat for a while as I while away the time under the sun by thinking of the beach.

And today, I was out of the house most of the time because my balikbayan cousin and his family were scheduled to go on a tour around Manila today and we were accompanying them. We took them to Intramuros and Greenbelt.

The day started in the Manila Cathedral. My niece and nephew who were nine and five years old respectively didn't get to appreciate it much as well as the rest of Intramuros like I do for that matter. I just loved going to Manila Cathedral and going around Intramuros! Intramuros is my favorite part of Manila. I just love how everything looks so colonial! I love the old cobble streets and the old fashioned houses, the police in Magdiwang army uniforms, the narra furniture, and the old world atmosphere! I miss Fort Santiago. I want to go back there soon one of these days. I especially love Fort Santiago.

On the way to Greenbelt 3, we passed by Luneta and I saw the Marine guards stationed to guard Jose Rizal's monument. Too bad it wasn't an exact hour. I would have witnessed them doing stunts with their rifles. Marines are the ones in charge of that area you know? They used to have the young, handsome Marines guard our national hero's monument but then they noticed that so many of the Marines stationed there got married far too quickly. Hehe, girls can't shake a man in uniform I suppose.

Greenbelt 3 was said to be the best looking building in Asia if I'm not mistaken. Probably because it looks different from the glass and concrete design that seemed characteristic of buildings nowadays. It's an open air mall with gardens surrounding it and the architechture is just so modern! The place is certainly for the upper crust and it cannot be denied that the things being sold there are also affordable to most of the upper crust as well. I didn't buy anything while I was in there even when I saw this pair of adorable black pumps. I bet they cost not less than P2,000.

The rest of the time that wasn't spent on roaming around with my cousins and other relatives were spent eating. No wonder I get fat. But I'm proud of the fact that I didn't eat too much during dinner. I was still pretty full then and I had only eaten half a bowl of rice, some beefsteak, a bit of laing, and roasted squid, and unfortunately a bit of ice cream. But that's that. I wish I could lose some weight soon...

Tomorrow it's back to school and of course I hate it. I haven't read anything for school. I've done my English reaction paper and I have yet to start with my Final Paper for CLABART. We weren't supposed to have PE but then the teacher said he wasn't sure if there was PE or not. ARRRRRGH!!! I thought it was going to be a happier day tomorrow! BUT NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Hmp.

Anyway...moving on.

Nag-update ang mga tao ng blog so, mag-uupdate din ako. Pota. Nainggit naman ako di ba? Wahahahaaha!!! Oo nga, sobrang halos parepareho na lang ang kinukwento namin nina Denise at Charleen. Hindi ko na kayo ieenlighten tungkol sa ano pang nangyari kasi kinuwento na nila. So magkukuwento na lang ako tungkol sa tatlong shows na pinapanood ko sa Animax.

Una, nandyan ang Ultra Maniac. Parang Harry Potter ang dating sakin nitong shoujo series na 'to kasi may wizards e. Kaso lang yun nga malamang hindi sila ganoong kapareho. I haven't watched the start, but I could tell that I'm going to enjoy it. Shoujo e. Heeeheeheeee!!!

Secondly, there's GTO. ASTEEEG!! Hehe, magagalit si Den kasi opening song niya "Driver's High". Nakooo, exposure ang L'arc. This anime reminds me of Slam Dunk character-wise pero yung art medyo...er...yeah, Slam Dunk pa rin. Shounen anime to e. Mukhang astig siya! It's about some kind of delinquent wanting to become a high school teacher. Napaka promising ng anime na to. I can't wait to see what happens. Parang Sister Act. Pareho ng premise.

Finally, there's Chobits. Cute ni Chii! Diyos ko, mabaliwbaliw ako kagabi sa kakarinig ng word na PANTSU! Basta cute siya. Yun lang masasabi ko.

I'm going to die...I'm taking up basic judo on LEAP....argh...i can't believe I am going to spend three hours moving more than my hands. Okay, it is not necessarily a bad thing. I'll get exercise and it's something different.

Sabi ni Denise pinariringgan ko daw sila. Well, not really. I am blaming myself at the moment for not wanting to be alone. But of course, me being me, the regret stage has past and I am trying to find the light of the end of this ominous tunnel.

Is there a good thing to this? Well, I'll be trying out something new. I'll be with Denise and Charleen. I hope that I won't humiliate myself. And it would be another piece of material to add in my monthly reports so that my parents and my other relatives won't think that my life is nothing but eating and complaining.

*sigh* God give me strength and I hope we don't spar.

Very eventful day today. First day of CLABART (Chemistry Laboratory for Art Students) and I am really convinced that my teacher is an LOTR fan. All the talk about LOTR makes me want to buy the whole trilogy when it comes out. I really need to watch Two Towers. Heard it was great....Waaah...

Fast forward to lunch period where a noteworthy Charleen Moment was given witness to by me and Denise:

The crowning glory of the day had to be ENGLTRI where I made a complete fool of myself. It was time for my diagnostic speech and the topic that I landed was surprisingly why F4 made it big in the Philippines. We were taught in high school that one must have a hook before we start a speech so that we will get the attention of the audience. Guess what I did? I SANG 'HERE WE ARE' BY KEN ZHU!!! It was embarrassing! But strangely enough, after the song everything else just poured out and I felt better. I didn't feel like I was going to die anymore....It just felt very hot afterwards, which is very normal for me. I guess what happened was that I got so nervous that everything felt cold, then when I got talking, it wasn't so bad anymore. Well, sort of.

I'm still suffering through a hangover. I still can't believe I did that. Argh...

I also saw Bom today and I have in my possession the Troika Notebook. ^_^ I'm filling that up tomorrow.

Anyway, ROTC starts tomorrow. And we have no water tomorrow until Sunday. Hooray!!! Right...

I was mostly out of the house today.

I got a haircut. Hehe, I don't look like Ken Zhu anymore. Teeheehee...I kind of look like Den now. Hindi nga lang mukhang mestiza. (Yihee Den..!) I also happened to get a pedicure because I, the stupid person that I am, did something stupid to the underside of my bigtoe and it hurts like hell everytime I touch the ground with my foot. Well, it feels better now. But my ankle hurts. I shall be applying effecascent oil on it later. If the spelling is wrong, then boohoo. I can't spell.

Then afterwards, we went off to Premier Cinema for a special screening of The Lord of the Rings: Return of the King. I won't be giving out spoilers but then again, most of the fans I know won't really be spoiled since they've read the book already. But anyway, I'm going to do a little ranting here so if you don't want to read about what I think about the movie you could stop now.

Ooooookay...I thought the movie was awesome. I was relieved that it wasn't as boring as the first movie The Fellowship of the Ring. (Yes, I haven't watched "Two Towers" yet...) But I was kind of confused at the flow of the events since I haven't seen the second movie. Gandalf is alive and something's wrong with Arwen. Goodness, I need to see why that happened. Anyone want to lend me a copy of the video?

So anyway, someone told me that Legolas was going to die and I spent most of my viewing waiting for it to happen. And it didn't. All he did was take down this big elephant thing with enemy soldiers riding on it ending up with no scratches or injuries whatsoever. I even remember making this comment to my mother:

"Pag gwapo ka sa isang movie kelangan talagang may impressive kang gagawin ano?"

Nasisilaw ako pagnakikita ko yung mga elves. Laging pinalilibutan ng ilaw....grabe ang mga aura! Hehehehehehehe!!! Tsaka sobrang nahilo ko sa mga battle scenes. Ewan ko kung bakit naalala ko yung Titanic nung pinapanood ko yung mga battle scenes. Dahil siguro puro action lang din halos ang laman nung Titanic at kung hindi naman, dramatic. Yes, I found LOTR dramatic. Bigat nga sa dibdib e. Tapos ang tagal-tagal pa bago natapos. Goodness, mga fifteen minutes din ang hinintay ko para sa ending. Napakadrawn out. Argh!

Hehehehehe!!! I think Aragorn and Legolas make a cute couple. YAOI!!!! Lalo na nung final scene nila na magkasama...hehehehe! Kinilig ako!!! TALAGA!!

Anyway, ayun. I'm poorer by P1,200 because of the two textbooks for Chem and EnglTri.

CHARLEEN! GUMAWA KA NA NG BLOG!!

Hm...ayoko pang pumasok. Eto nanaman e. Just a few more hours and we're back to toiling for our future that looks bleak despite all the optimism that is supposed to be characteristic of us who are still in school. Well, the world's bleak and ugly and dreary. It got knocked back to me just a while ago.

When you see a little girl smoke you know something has got to be very wrong about the world you live in. Just this afternoon as I was walking home, I spotted a girl who looked like she was just thirteen and she was openly smoking. It was just...disturbing. And she even had an adult with her who doesn't seem to care that she was smoking. Then you look around and see all these people who are smoking. I saw three smokers who were just around my age and it really disturbed me.

Okay, I see people my age smoking all the time nowadays but I guess it took the young girl for me to remember just how screwed up this world really is. Now, I'm not targeting those people who smoke, but must someone so young be smoking too? I know this comes from a very sheltered outlook probably, but it really just saddened me and I couldn't put it into words.

The world is just fucked up.

Amazing how you're convinced that everything just seemed to nice in your world then it all just shatters when you see something seemingly as mundane or as normal as that in our society.
